This storefront uses Cloudflare to serve its pages and verify access to purchased downloads. Stripe handles payment details and transaction records. Card details do not pass through this storefront.
Payment and download information
When you pay, Stripe collects information needed to process your purchase, such as your email address and payment information. The download service checks your checkout reference and payment status with Stripe before releasing a file. Your private download URL contains an order reference; avoid sharing it.
AI chat and human follow-up
If you use the AI assistant, your messages and conversation history are processed by Actually Good Chatbots using Supabase and Google Vertex AI. Conversations and technical request information are stored to provide support and operate the service. Recent chat history is also kept in your browser’s session storage for up to one hour so you can continue a conversation in the same tab. New chat clears that local conversation; it does not delete server records.
If you ask for human follow-up and agree to sharing, your reply email, request summary, and conversation are emailed to Ben Ogorek and Hugh Crews through Resend. This does not subscribe you to marketing. Please do not enter card details, private download URLs, passwords, or sensitive records in chat. The assistant does not access your Stripe payment record. Site usage and your choice
Cloudflare Web Analytics measures visits, page views and loading speed on public pages without analytics cookies. Cloudflare also processes technical request and security information needed to host the service.
Google Analytics loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It measures public page visits, product views, free-sample downloads, checkout-link clicks, chat openings and support-email clicks. A checkout click is not a completed purchase; Stripe remains the order record. Google may use first-party analytics cookies after consent. We disable advertising features, Google Signals and automatic form/outbound-link tracking.
We do not send email addresses, chat contents, payment details, private checkout references, arbitrary URL queries or fragments to Google Analytics. Neither analytics script runs on private download pages. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of a public page to decline or withdraw consent. We save this choice in local storage and honor browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals by default. Withdrawing consent stops subsequent optional events and removes this site's Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase previously collected reports.
