Improvements to how we process your source edition are free. Genuinely new source editions may be sold separately.
Applies to existing purchases as well as new ones, from October 13, 2026.
Every changed dataset is a new ACD version
A new version can come from updated source data, revised ACD processing, or both. We record those changes separately. The version tells you which file you have; it does not by itself determine whether you need to pay again.

October NDC → ATC: free for March buyers
The October ACD release combines refreshed FDA/RxNorm/ATCPROD inputs with our changed matching and reporting. Verified March purchasers qualify for the October download free. It is not evidence of a specific new WHO edition. Read the comparison and its limits.
How to get an included revision
Your saved private download page from our Stripe checkout verifies your purchase and serves the current included file. If you purchased through the older WordPress store or lost your link, contact Ben with your purchase receipt so we can verify the order and arrange access. Do not post your private download URL publicly.
Purchaser notification and recovery are currently handled through support; automatic revision emails are not yet implemented. You do not need to buy again while waiting for an email. The update rights above also apply when an older ZIP says that “ongoing updates” are excluded: separately sold source editions are distinct from free ACD processing improvements.
Read a change sheet with the right comparison
To measure a source change, we hold our processing fixed. To measure a processing change, we hold the saved source inputs fixed. If both changed, we label the comparison mixed and explain what we can and cannot attribute. Source provenance records where the inputs came from; processing lineage traces what we did to them.
